Think Better, Feel Better
There are many reasons why people seek counseling. Some people want to feel better. Anxiety or depression becomes overwhelming and they want help. Other people might be considering an important life decision, like changing jobs or taking on a new career path, and they just want to talk it through with a professional. Counseling is always a journey. It is certainly about the destination, the goals for counseling, but it is also about the process. We learn so much along the way.
