She strives to provide individuals and families the highest quality of care to those suffering from emotional issues, hopelessness, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, trauma, and PTSD. If you grew up in a dysfunctional family or experienced abuse or neglect, Bree has the compassion, understanding, and commitment to working with you. She will provide you with the support to help understand and work through the impact these experiences have on your life today.
Common concerns that clients address in counseling include personal, emotional, professional, and relationship issues, among many others. Her primary approach to counseling is an integration of cognitive behavioral, solutions focused, emotions focused, and mindfulness-based therapies. Seeking therapy can be scary and unknown, often causing anxiety or could bring up uncomfortable emotions. The other side of therapy is that you’re probably already feeling that way, so let’s work together to find a better way.
